Personalized artwork

You confirm that submitted names, car details, memories, and images are accurate and that you have permission to provide the portrait for this personalized order. The service may use generative AI, so your private proof is the controlling opportunity to check every visible detail.

Proof and revision

One revision round is included. Final digital delivery and physical fulfillment begin only after you explicitly approve the exact proof. Approval confirms that you accept the visible portrait, vehicles, wording, spelling, and composition.

Production and delivery

Proof and shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Physical products are made on demand by a fulfillment partner. Inspect delivered goods promptly and contact us about damage, defects, or an item that differs from the approved proof.

Cancellations and refunds

The proposed launch policy allows an authenticated self-service cancellation and full refund until the private proof is approved. Approval closes that self-service path because digital delivery and made-to-order print production may begin immediately. We will repair, reprint, or refund verified errors, defects, damage, duplication, or non-delivery as appropriate. This proposal requires approval before launch.
